The next saga has been announced! The title of the next sage will be called:

Power Corruption

So, what's it all about, you ask? This saga takes part about 3 years after the conclusion of the Power Initiate saga. I don't want to spoil too many details about it, but we'll be catching up with our characters and learning what they've been doing since then.

While I've been working on the story and how powerful some of the character are, every so often I keep thinking about the quote by John Dalberg-Acton: "Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Great men are almost always bad men." It tends to make me wonder about what type of corruptions, or temptations, my characters might face. What does a woman that can change the minds of almost anyone do when everyone is against her? What does a guy that can manipulate things with his mind do when he's pushed to the edge? These are the types of things I'll be exploring in the next sage.

Now, that's not to say that our characters are going to be switching alignment and becoming downright evil. What you'll more likely be seeing is the lines between good and bad becoming blurred. We're kind of in unexplored territory of morals with people of this type of power, at least in the Chronicles universe. The characters in the universe are going to be faced with making some tough decisions and defining their morals, and more importantly, justifying those decisions.
