General Vyson is in charge of the UGR's program for detecting and training enhanced humans, along with several other of the government's highest classified programs. This influence has allowed him to gain the favor of several government officials as he knows how to play the political games in his favor.

While he has several procedures from his predecessors, he's not afraid to try something knew in hopes of increasing results.  His programs and experiments have lead to some of the most powerful individuals in the known universe, including the like of Race Allard and Illandra Page.
